Gillani
welcomes all FourGen, Endura, HK, and Irista software users to the growing Gillani
community. Under Gillani’s
FourGen Passport program, you can easily and affordably join your fellow users
in the Gillani community.
Under
the FourGen Passport program, users with lapsed support can renew support by paying
a lapsed support fee of 25% of the current license fees plus one year of the annual
support fees (18% of current license fees) to receive the current version of the
software plus one year of support and maintenance.
The
benefits of the FourGen Passport program include:
· A lower lapsed support fee than
that charged by most other software vendors;
· Upgrades to the latest versions
and to currently-supported ports;
· Support and maintenance for your
FourGen system;
· Special provisions granting a
basic system configuration to those users which may no longer be able to locate
their licensing agreements (or other documentation) or may have acquired their software
under questionable circumstances;
· Reduced rates on upgrades to
the Gillani Enterprise Solutions; and
· Access to professional services
for assistance with installation, customization, implementation and training.
License Grant:
If
Gillani and the user have no records of a license agreement or other documentation
showing that the FourGen software licenses were purchased, Gillani agrees to grant
a basic system license upon compliance with the terms of the FourGen Passport Program.
For
FourGen CASE Tools users, the basic system license grant will include:
· 1 Development Users on one Instance;
and
· 8 concurrent Run-Time Users on
one Instance.
For
FourGen Business/Accounting users, the basic system license grant will include:
· 8 total concurrent users on the
modules currently being used.
Additional
Users and Instances may be licensed from Gillani at the then-current list license
fees.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Professional services are not
included. Installation, integration, configuration, customization, and training
services are available from Gillani at the then-current service fees plus expenses.

2. All Users must sign a new Master
License and Services Agreement (“MLSA”) with Gillani.

All support will be provided according
to the terms and conditions of the Gillani Support Policies. See details of support

4. Gillani will ship the updated
software upon receipt of the executed MLSA and payment of the related fees.

An “Instance” is a single copy of the Software. Multiple Instances occur when the Software
is being run on multiple systems, or when the Software has been loaded into memory
several times on a single system to support multiple locations or business units.
The installation or use of a partial copy of the Software constitutes an Instance
(for example, a copy of the application database structure).
6. A “User” is a person logged onto
one software display device with no more than five Software sessions running concurrently.
The number of concurrent Users is the maximum number of unique users (persons) that
may be logged onto software display devices (e.g., terminals, RF Devices, etc.)
accessing the Software, or any part of the Software, concurrently at any given point
in time.
7. The FourGen Passport Program
expires on December 31, 2007.

Gillani, at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse to extend this offer to
any party.
